Peterborough's Atomic Bagels
Luke Smit and Sara Berniker recently introduced Atomic Bagels. Scholars Education Centre--Peterborough & Area has been purchased by Brian Nashman, a long time Peterborough entrepreneur and educator. For seven years Scholars Education Centre has been providing tutoring and academic upgrading for students from elementary to post secondary level. Brian is expanding the school, in partnership with Northern Needs Counseling & Assessment Services, introducing Scholars Employment Solutions - described as a "one-stop-shop" for adult education and return to work programming including Academic Upgrading, Adult Work Placement, Customer Service Programs, Job Search Training, Job Coaching, and Introduction to Computers.
