Santa For Seniors
I hate to bring up Christmas, but... Home Instead Senior Care is a company that provides an entire suite of services to seniors in the area. They will be introducing a terrific program this Fall called "Santa For Seniors". Home Instead representative Joel Parkes says he's looking for retailers who want to participate. Retailers will agree to host a Christmas Tree, complete with ornaments. Each ornament will have the name of a senior who will be alone at Christmas, along with a list of appropriate gift suggestions. Customers can buy appropriate gifts and leave them with participating retailers, and Santa will make sure they get delivered in time for Christmas. You can contact Joel Parkes at (705) 748-6389.
