So you can now get those famous perogies and cabbage rolls as well as leek and mushroom rolls, quiches, blinis, strudel, dumplings, platchintas, and more, all fresh made for take-out. Golden Bear Energy Conservation is a new business opened in Peterborough by Richard Duff. The business offers energy solutions to industrial, commercial and residential clients. They'll quantify your present energy use in heating, cooling, lighting, and industrial processes, as well as studying the structure, R-factor, air ingress, air exchange, and waste. Richard then provides environmentally sound, cost-effective solutions - everything from improving ventilation and insulation, to reducing peak power usage, load handling, and scavenging thermal energy. Richard is an instrumentation engineering technician and electrician, with a background in the power generation industry and alternative energy. For more information call (705) 876-1456.
