It's been just 10 years since Eaton's left Peterborough Square. Since that time the downtown Peterborough shopping centre has undergone a significant transformation.
The square can now boast a 96% lease rate, a fully occupied office tower, a 27,000 square foot call centre, a newly constructed executive office centre, 11 food locations, the Galaxy movie theatre, a 337 car underground parking lot, and a number of new stores, including:
- V.I.P. Nails - offering professional nail care and waxing services, nail art, airbrushing, solar nails, repairs, removals, manicures and pedicures. Call 705-741-2325 for more information.
- I mentioned The Favourite Greek, a new restaurant under the town clock, a few weeks ago, but Simply Thai Fast Foods is the newest addition to the food court , where the dishes are prepared made to order while you watch. Call 536-3288.
- Simply Fashion has clothing for kids, men and women. For more information, call owners Ruth Cooke or Bob Lipnicky 705-748-5252.

- The Paralegal Office is owned by licensed paralegal Edward Cairns, who represents clients in both Small Claims Court matters and the Landlord and Tenant Board issues.
