Griffins Greenhouses is a family run business entering its 38th year of business. Ann and Jack Griffin began selling plants from a road side stand in 1976. Anns father, a Dutch immigrant who owned Parkhill Nurseries of Peterborough, grew plants for them and eventually helped them erect their first greenhouse on their property. Ann and Jacks business eventually grew to a ten month a year business with multiple greenhouses, an award winning display garden, and two garden gift shops.
