Concert: The John at Sadleir House presents Sue Newberry & The Law with VanCamp beginning at 8:00 pm at Sadleir House (751 George St. N., Peterborough, K9H 3T2). Sue Newberry & The Law is a six-piece synth pop outfit that performs danceable, hook-driven catchy pop with arresting choruses and contemplative lyrics. The band will be playing tunes from their album "The Odds" and will also be debuting some brand new never-heard-before songs. VanCamp a.k.a. Calvin Bakelaar, Peterborough Folk Festival's Emerging Artist of the Year for 2024, will open. Cost: $15 in advance ($10 students) or $25 at the door.
