Mayor Doug Elmslie invites residents to attend a New Year's Levee celebrating the 25th anniversary of Kawartha Lakes. Enjoy light refreshments with the mayor and members of council and share your hopes for the next 25 years. Cost: Free, but donations to Kawartha Food Source or A Place Called Home are encouraged.
