Paul Bailey is a Canadian painter who was born, lives, and works in Port Hope. He paints the people, townscapes and rural scenes that make Northumberland County one of the most scenic places in Canada. An opening reception featuring the artist will be held from 1 - 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 26. Gallery hours 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Thursday to Saturday 1 - 4 p.m. Sunday.
