The Township of Selwyn in partnership with GreenUP is offering free transit rider workshops for community members interested in learning how to use public transit with confidence.These hands-on, low-pressure workshops are designed to introduce participants to the basics of riding the bus and developing a valuable life skill that supports life-long independence and mobility. Participants will learn how to plan a trip, board the bus, manage transfers, and navigate transit with ease. Sessions take place at 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The workshops support awareness and use of The Link, Selwyn Township's rural transit service, and all participants will be entered into a draw to win one free 10-ride Link bus pass.
