Workshop: Art Gallery of Peterborough presents Saturday Art Club - Clay Sculptures beginning at 1:00 pm at Art Gallery of Peterborough (250 Crescent St., Peterborough, K9J 2G1). Does your child have an interest in art? Are they looking to explore new materials and techniques? Then join the Art Gallery of Peterborough each month for this exploration-based studio program. Gallery instructors will lead activities designed to support and develop your child's artistic interests and talents, while taking inspiration from our current exhibitions. In this workshop, participants will get hands-on with clay to create imaginative sculptures. This program teaches basic sculpting techniques while encouraging personal expression and three-dimensional thinking. . Suitable for ages 7-11. Advance registration required.
