Theatre: Globus Theatre presents "The Beaver Club" by Barb Sheffler beginning at 2:00 pm at Globus Theatre (2300 Pigeon Lake Rd., Bobcaygeon, K0M 1A0). A wildly funny tale of four women who form an unlikely friendship, setting off on a road trip from Toronto to Dildo, Newfoundland. Along the way, they confront their pasts, navigate their present, and embrace the future. Through skinny dipping, scrapbooking, shared secrets, and fresh starts, the members of The Beaver Club form a bond, and discover life is better when you can face the world together. Evening performances at 8 p.m. from September 24 to 27 and October 1 to 4, with 2 p.m. matinee performances on September 27 and October 2. An optional dinner is available before evening performances.
