Fundraiser: Thrive Canada presents Changing Seasons Sunset Retreat beginning at 6:00 pm at The Loft at Hawman Farms (207 Cottingham Rd;, Omemee, K0L 2W0). Led by licensed psychotherapist and health coach Dr. Helen Scott, this calming and meaningful evening is designed to help women slow down, reconnect, and realign as the seasons shift, featuring guided journaling, movement, seasonal rituals, and shared conversation. A portion of the proceeds of the event will be donated to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation's We Are The Ross capital campaign.
