Guided Hike: Hike Haliburton Festival presents Steps and Stories, Downtown Minden beginning at 11:00 am at Dominion Hotel (113 Main St., Minden, K0M 2K0). Dominion Hotel owners Shawn and Elli Chamberlin will take hikers on a fun and humourous stroll along the Minden Riverwalk Trail, where they will talk about the weather, water levels, local history, and entertain with some stories. This all-ages two-kilometre hike is suitable for beginners. Bring your camera. After your walk, stop by the Dominion for a cold drink and a ghost story. Cost: Free.
