Performance: Public Energy Performing Arts presents Rough Cuts beginning at 7:30 pm at The Theatre On King (171 King St., Peterborough, K9J 2R8). Rough Cuts is a new initiative that creates a platform for artists to present excerpts of works-in-progress of any genre in a low-tech low-stakes environment. From readings to dance to circus to songs, any performance work is welcome. Entry is by lottery, with applications due by October 1. Cost: $10 - $25 plus fees ($20 suggested).
