Auditions: Peterborough Theatre Guild presents Auditions for "Midnight Madness" by Dave Carley beginning at 7:00 pm at Peterborough Theatre Guild (364 Rogers St., Peterborough, K9H 1W7). "Midnight Madness" is a touching romantic comedy set in Dave Carley's hometown of Peterborough in 1985, called Ashburnham in the play. Wesley, a lonely salesman, and Anna, a feisty customer and former classmate, meet by chance at the Bloom's Furniture "going-out-of-business" sale near midnight. With honesty and wit, the characters look back at the 1970s and face the difficult high school memories that shaped their lives. The play runs from February 27 to March 14. Cost: Free.
