Musical Theatre: FLATO Academy Theatre presents "A Christmas Story - The Musical" beginning at 7:00 pm at FLATO Academy Theatre (2 Lindsay St. S., Lindsay, K9V 2L6). FLATO Academy Theatre's annual fall musical is a family event performed by a local cast and crew. Based on the beloved 1983 film, "A Christmas Story: The Musical" follows young Ralphie Parker (Jace Jolicoeur) in 1940s Indiana as he dreams of the perfect Christmas gift: an official Red Ryder Carbine-Action 200-Shot Range Model Air Rifle. Directed by Beth Wilson, the play also stars Tim Brown, Matt Avery, Tara Restrepo, and Jude Collver. Performances at 7 p.m. on November 28 and 29 and at 2 p.m. on November 29 and 30.
