Featuring festive light displays in Memorial and Rotary Parks, the Candlelight Festival kicks off with a holiday street party from 4 - 9 p.m. November 28 featuring the Candlelight Walk, Memorial Park lighting ceremony, outdoor artisan market, late-night shopping, an outdoor licensed area, animated projections, photo stops, and live busking performances.
