Celebration: City of Kawartha Lakes presents Millennium Time Capsule Opening beginning at 10:00 am at Lindsay Public Library (190 Kent St. W., Lindsay, K9V 2Y6). The City of Kawartha Lakes will be opening the time capsule with an eternal flame installed in Queens Square in front of the Lindsay library in 2000. The items in the time capsule will be displayed at the library following the opening. This event is dependent on the weather. Cost: Free.
