Nature: Selwyn Township presents PolarFest - Lakefield Trail Night Hike beginning at 7:30 pm at Lakefield Marshland Centre (65 Hague Bl, Lakefield, K0L 2H0). Led by two experienced guides (a naturalist and a biologist), this evening hike offers options for both adults and families. Kid-friendly activities, games, and plenty of fun are planned along the way. The walk concludes at Lakefield Beach, where participants will gather around a campfire to roast marshmallows and enjoy a warm cup of hot apple cider. Dress warmly and consider wearing ice cleats or spikes for added traction. No flashlight is required. Space is limited. Registration is required. Cost: Free.
