Concert: Mellowtone Productions presents Kirk MacDonald / Anders Mogensen Quartet beginning at 7:00 pm at The Theatre On King (171 King St., Peterborough, K9J 2R8). Canadian saxophonist Kirk MacDonald and Danish drummer Anders Mogensen will collaborate to create the MacDonald/Mogensen quartet with Copenhagen pianist Carl Winther and Toronto bassist Neil Swainson. This group brings together four world-class, award winning artists who are leading figures in their respective countries performing a program of original compositions and jazz standards.
