Nature: Unitarian Fellowship of Peterborough presents Forest Bathing: Finding Peace in Nature beginning at 9:00 am at Camp Kawartha Environment Centre (2505 Pioneer Rd., Peterborough, K9J 6Y1). Forest bathing is the mindful practice of slowly spending time in a forest or natural setting, using all your senses to connect with the environment and promote relaxation and well-being.
