Learn how town staff seed and transplant the annuals and perennials that brighten Cobourg's public flower beds and hanging baskets. Also featuring complimentary coffee and refreshments, a BBQ lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and a Mother's Day giveaway.
