With the theme "Art in Unexpected Places," the biennial arts festival features singers and dancers, circus artists, poets in take-out poetry carts, musicians, giant puppets, visual artists, and surprise events and public acts of creativity popping up everywhere, from the stage in a storage unit, to the plaza outside Peterborough Square, and events in Millennium Park and on Armour Hill to name just a few. More details to come. Opening ceremony at 3 p.m. on September 28 in Millennium Park near the Silver Bean Cafe.
