Leadership Matters is a free lunch-hour webinar series designed to bridge the gap between leadership theory and real-world practice. Each session brings together faculty, students, and community members to explore how leadership can address today's challenges. During "The Intrapreneurship's Compass, Navigating Mindful Leadership in the AI Era" presented by Dat Pham Quoc Huynh, participants will learn how to shift their focus from managing tasks (a role increasingly delegated to AI) to managing the human experience within their organizations.
