Leadership Matters is a free lunch-hour webinar series designed to bridge the gap between leadership theory and real-world practice. Each session brings together faculty, students, and community members to explore how leadership can address today's challenges. In "Beyond the Confidence Gap," Lori Kranenburg draws on leadership self-efficacy research and applied coaching practice to reframe the "confidence gap" affecting women as both an internal belief process and a rational response to organizational systems that have historically constrained women's leadership opportunities. This session explores how leadership self-efficacy is shaped by experience, feedback, visibility, and organizational signals of inclusion and support.
