Leadership Matters is a free lunch-hour webinar series designed to bridge the gap between leadership theory and real-world practice. Each session brings together faculty, students, and community members to explore how leadership can address today's challenges. In "Reimagining Healthcare Leadership, Ubuntu Principles for Healing the Healers," Samuel Oluwatosin Ajibade explores Ubuntu leadership as an ethical and relational framework for healing moral injury and burnout among frontline healthcare workers after the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants will learn how Ubuntu principles can support psychological safety, resilience, and ethical renewal within post-pandemic healthcare teams.
