Leadership Matters is a free lunch-hour webinar series designed to bridge the gap between leadership theory and real-world practice. Each session brings together faculty, students, and community members to explore how leadership can address today's challenges. In "Science of Motion, Art of Leadership," Trent University's Dean of Science Dr. Sarah West will share her leadership journey from an athlete through academia into administration as a female academic leader and researcher in the field of kinesiology and health.
