Born in London England and based in Peterborough, Gillian Turnham specialises in traditional geometric ruler-and-compass construction methods, with a focus on architectural and ornamental traditions of North Africa and Central Asia. Her work brings traditional pattern systems and craft practices into a present-day context. The exhibition opens during the First Friday Art Crawl from 6 - 9 p.m. and runs until March 28. Regular gallery hours are 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday to Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday.
