Peterborough Cycling Club presents Tuesday "Mountain Bike Ride" including new for 2013 "Youth Ride"

This ride is held primarily at Harold Town Conservation Area, with a monthly ride at the Ganaraska Forest or Long Sault Conservation Area. There are a great network of trails ranging from moderate to advanced difficulty suitable for those riders confident with winding single-track, climbing hills and navigating roots, rocks and small logs. Intermediate riders will focus on improving bike control, endurance and power, while advanced riders will ride at race pace. We are now also offering a youth ride.For local rides, meet at 6:15 pm at the Silver Bean to ride as a group to Harold Town, or meet at the Harold Town parking lot at 6:30 pm. For out of town rides, well meet at 5:15 pm at the parking lot near Silver Bean to arrange carpool for 5:30 pm departure. Rides are no drop and last up to 2 hours. Helmets and a PCC membership are required. Bring a pump, spare tube, etc. Check the forum weekly for information as rides/events may change location due to weather and trail conditions
