Lecture: Learning in Leisure presents Dennis Carter-Edwards and Lee-Anne Quinn beginning at 9:00 am at St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church (1140 St. Paul's St., Peterborough, K9H 7C3). Learning in Leisure is for those with a love of learning, presented by guest speakers on a wide variety of interesting topics. This popular group features two guest speakers at each weekly session with a coffee and cookie break between presentations for members to socialize in a friendly atmosphere. This week's topics are "Malta - A Walk Through Three Thousand Years of History" and "A Soldier's Point of View.". Cost: $50 for all 10 weeks, $7 for occasional guests.
