Environment: City of Kawartha Lakes presents Curbside Leaf and Yard Waste Collection beginning at 7:00 am in Kawartha Lakes. If your regular collection day is Monday or Wednesday, curbside leaf and yard waste collection will be on Friday, November 7 and Friday, November 21. If your regular collection day is Tuesday or Thursday, curbside leaf and yard waste collection will be on Friday, November 14 and Friday, November 28. Residents are asked to please place leaf and yard material in dry paper bags curbside before 7 a.m. on their designated dates. Bags need to be kept dry; wet leaf and yard bags will not be picked up.
