Film: Wild Rock Outfitters and YETI present "The Trapline" (2022), "The Polar Passage" (2023), and "Japan to Jamaica" (2025) beginning at 6:30 pm at Wild Rock Outfitters (169 Charlotte St., Peterborough, K9J 2T7). Join Wild Rock and YETI for an evening of YETI Presents films celebrating adventure, storytelling, and community, featuring "The Trapline" (a 2022 documentary about Yukon trapper Jurg Hofer passing his work to a young woman named Sydney van Loon), "The Polar Passage" (a 2023 documentary that follows climber Mark Synnott and his crew on an expedition through the Northwest Passage), and "Japan to Jamaica" (a 2025 documentary that follows Naoki Ienega, a Japanese man who travels to Jamaica to document and preserve rare reggae music and discovers tarpon fishing). Enjoy free food and drinks and YETI prizes and giveaways throughout the night if you trade in or donate used gear to Wild Again. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Cost: $10 (proceeds to the Compassion Fund).
