Public Consultation: Ross Memorial Hospital presents Community Town Hall on the Future of Healthcare in Kawartha Lakes beginning at 6:00 pm at Coboconk Community Centre (9 Grandy Road, Coboconk, K0M 1K0). Ross Memorial Hospital (RMH) in Lindsay is hosting a series of four community town halls in Coboconk, Bobcaygeon, Omemee, and Lindsay about the future of healthcare in Kawartha Lakes. Led by RMH president and CEO Veronica Nelson, each town hall will include presentations from the Kawartha Lakes Health Care Initiative and Kawartha Lakes Haliburton Ontario Health Team. In addition, each town hall will also feature a speaker from organization with a specific impact in that particular community. The Summit Wellness Centre will present in Coboconk, the Kawartha North Family Health Team in Bobcaygeon, the City of Kawartha Lakes Family Health Team in Omemee, and Kawartha Lakes Paramedic Service in Lindsay.
