A festive family-friendly 5km walk/run on a route around Lindsay that aims to raise $10,000 to support Kawartha Lakes Food Source programs. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. with the walk/run starting at 10 a.m. After the walk/run, which begins and ends at LCVI, enjoy a chili lunch, silent auction, kids' activities, and a visit from Santa until 1:30 p.m. Participants can sign up as individuals or as a group with friends, family, or your workplace. The event is free, but participants are urged to donate upon sign-up and collect pledges in support of their run.
