The season opening of the Minden Hills Cultural Centre features exotic species by Browning Reptiles from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., a printing press demo with artist Natalia Brown at Sterling Bank from 12 - 2 p.m., Victorian tea at Bowron House from 12 - 2 p.m., and the opening reception for the exhibit "Discover Mountain Lake at a Glance – The Hidden Nature of Paint" by Gord Peteran at Agnes Jamieson Gallery from 1 - 3 p.m. All ages are welcome.
