An evening exploring the life of David Thompson, the fur trader, explorer, and mapmaker whose work shaped our understanding of much of what is now Canada, told through his extraordinary travels and writings. Author and historian D’Arcy Jenish, biographer of Thompson, brings this story to life with insight drawn from decades of writing on Canadian history and Indigenous leadership. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
