A family-friendly opportunity to peruse and support the work of over 25 local and regional comic artists, graphic novelists, children's authors, letterpress printers, zine makers, and more. From handmade books to artist prints to poetry, usually subversive in tone, there is something for everyone. Artists include Brooklin Stormie, Bennett Bedokian, Derek Newman-Still, Kathryn Bahun, Marta Chudolinska, Mumblethief, and Stuart Hill, who will also be presenting a book-making workshop from 12:30 - 3 p.m. on Friday at the library (advance registration required). All vendor sales go directly to the artists. This year's event takes place in the Friends of the Library Room from 5 - 9 p.m. on Friday and 12 - 4 p.m. on Saturday.
