Charity Golf: Northumberland Humane Society presents Putt 4 Paws Annual Golf Tournament beginning at 12:00 pm at Dalewood Golf & Curling Club (7465 Dale Road, Cobourg, K9A 4J7). An annual charity golf tournament raising funds to help toward the cost of caring for abandoned, abused, and homeless animals in Northumberland County. Lunch at 12 p.m. followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Dinner at 5 p.m. or when all golfers are finished. Specialty prize holes and games. Cost: $200 per golfer (includes 18 holes of scramble format golf, shared cart, lunch and dinner, and a $40 charitable tax receipt), $75 for dinner only.
