Auditions: Peterborough Theatre Guild presents Auditions for "The Emperor's New Clothes" beginning at 12:30 pm at Peterborough Theatre Guild (364 Rogers St., Peterborough, K9H 1W7). "The Emperor's New Clothes" is a family holiday play written by Gerry McBride and based on the famous fairytale by Hans Christian Andersen. Performances run from December 4 to 15. Bring an upbeat showtune to sing a cappella. All members of the cast will sing in at least one ensemble production piece. Audition dates are September 6 and 8 with callbacks on September 12.
