Film: Kawartha Lakes Movie Club presents "Nirvanna: The Band - the Show - the Movie" (2025) beginning at 10:00 am at Lindsay Public Library (190 Kent St. W., Lindsay, K9V 2Y6). Longtime friends and bandmates Matt and Jay have spent years trying to book a show for their band, leading to a chaotic and unexpected adventure. As part of this special screening in celebration of National Canadian Film Day, Kawartha Lakes Movie Club will also be hosting a post-film discussion, will supply a cereal breakfast bar with nostalgic morning favourites along with other refreshments, and will have a friendship bracelet craft station.
