Gardening: GreenUP and Peterborough and Area Master Gardeners present Growing Together Workshop Series - "Gardening as we Age" beginning at 1:00 pm at Ecology Park (1867 Ashburnham Dr., Peterborough, K9L 1P9). A gardening workshop series that brings generations together. Workshops include Gardening with Children on July 4, Gardening with Pollinators on September 26, and Gardening as we Age on October 17. No experience is necessary; just a willingness to learn and get your hands dirty. Bring sturdy closed-toe shoes, long pants and sun protection (e.g., hat, sunscreen), a rain coat, work gloves (some will be available), a water bottle, and snakes.
