Lecture: Learning in Leisure presents Dr. Susan Willis Chan and Ray Saitz beginning at 9:00 am at St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church (1140 St. Paul's St., Peterborough, K9H 7C3). The Tuesday morning Learning in Leisure series features two guest speakers each week for 10 weeks in the spring and fall. There is a coffee and cookie break (bring your own mug) in-between presentations to allow members an opportunity to socialize in a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Susan Willis Chan will speak on the topic "People, Pumpkins & Pollinators — an Adventure in Reciprocity" and Ray Saitz will speak on the topic "Avoiding Online Scams." Doors open at 8:45 a.m. with the audience seated by 9:15 a.m. The first speaker begins after announcements. Cost: $50 for full 10 weeks, $7 occasional guest.
