Public Consultation: Ross Memorial Hospital presents Community Town Hall Tour - Cancer Care Close to Home beginning at 6:00 pm at Ross Memorial Hospital (10 Angeline St. N., Lindsay, K9V 4M8). Ross Memorial Hospital is inviting community members to attend a series of free town hall sessions dedicated to local cancer care and supportive services, as well as updates on the hospital's master planning and major projects. The evening sessions take place in Coboconk on October 20, Pontypool on October 21, Fenelon Falls on October 27, and Lindsay on October 28 (also offered online via Zoom). Each session will feature presentations from the Central East Regional Cancer Program, Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes, and Ross Memorial Hospital, with Haliburton Highlands Health Services also participating in the sessions in Coboconk and Fenelon Falls. The Kawartha Lakes Haliburton Ontario Health Team and the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation will also have informational tables at the events. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Cost: Free.
