Fundraiser: Rotary Club of Peterborough presents Meals for Polio beginning at 11:45 am at Miskin Law Community Complex (271 Lansdowne St W., Peterborough, K9J 1Y8). Guest speaker Murray Miskin will speak on the topic "The Interface of Marketing & Philanthropy." In recognition of World Polio Day (October 24), $10 from every lunch purchased will be donated to Rotary International's PolioPlus Fund, helping Rotary and its partners reach children around the world with the polio vaccine. These funds help provide vaccines, transportation, and other essential resources needed to protect children and stop the spread of polio.
