From the highly acclaimed Cabbagetown Film Festival, now in its 35th year, Proactive Academy of Performing Arts (PAPA) has carefully curated the best of the best love-related shorts to brighten up the worst of the worst months of the year. Portions of the PAPA's first scholarship award 50-50 goes to an accessible ramp at the school.
