To bear witness to the apple harvest at the height of the harvesting season, Brighton celebrates its annual Applefest festival over the last full weekend of September. Featuring a street fair from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, live music in Memorial Park from 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, a children's village at King Edward Park from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, a car, tractor, and motorcycle show at Brighton Public School from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, and more.
