Tyrone Flowers first moved to Peterborough with his spouse Lauren Mortlock five years ago with the goal of opening their own restaurant. In May, after two decades working in every from dishwasher to bartender and chef, Flowers opened The Vine, offering a menu focused on seafood and plant-based options to pair with a weekend brunch.
