Exhibit: Art Gallery of Peterborough presents "Museum of Closetry" by Dr. Spencer J. Harrison beginning at 11:00 am at Art Gallery of Peterborough (250 Crescent St., Peterborough, K9J 2G1). Through found objects, assemblage, and layered narratives, in "Museum of Closetry" Dr. Spencer J. Harrison and curator Lucas Azevedo Cabral create a fictional museum that imagines queer history as abundant and visible. The exhibition reclaims cultural gaps and archival silence, using them as fertile ground to craft a world where queer identities have always thrived. An opening reception will be held from 2 - 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 26. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Wednesday to Sunday. Cost: Admission by donation.
