Public Consultation: City of Peterborough presents Community Engagement Meeting for the 2026 Draft Budget beginning at 6:30 pm at Healthy Planet Arena (911 Monaghan Rd., Peterborough, K9J 5K6). The community engagement meeting will include a brief presentation on the 2026 Budget process outlining how the budget is put together, a summary of results from the 2026 Budget survey that closed in April, and initial information on anticipated financial impacts that may affect the 2026 Budget. Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity for residents to speak with city finance staff and council members to ask questions and share comments. A report on the 2026 budget process is expected to be considered by city council at its meeting on June 30. Cost: Free.
