Public Consultation: City of Kawartha Lakes presents Draft Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan Open House beginning at 6:00 pm at Lindsay Recreation Complex (133 Adelaide St. S., Lindsay, K9V 4S3). The City of Kawartha Lakes has developed a draft Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan to guide the delivery of recreational services over the next 15 years. Residents are invited to drop in and review the recommendations outlined in the draft plan. You will have the opportunity to speak with staff and the consulting team, ask questions, and provide feedback to help shape the final version of the plan. Cost: Free.
